These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website (https://tczlaw.ca) and to text messages (SMS) you receive from or send to TCZ Law. By using our website or our text messaging service, you agree to these terms.
TCZ Law sends text messages to clients and to people who have contacted us about legal services. Messages relate to your inquiry or legal matter, for example appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for documents, updates on your file, and replies to your questions. Messages are sent by our lawyer and staff, one-to-one. We do not send marketing text messages.
You agree to receive text messages from TCZ Law when you give us consent verbally, in writing (including by email or through our website), or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining us or of buying any service.
Message frequency varies depending on your matter.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. TCZ Law does not charge you for text messages.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us. To start receiving messages again, reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message, call us at 647-478-6560, email info@tczlaw.com, or visit https://tczlaw.ca.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy at https://tczlaw.ca/privacy-policy/ for how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Text messaging is not a secure form of communication. Please do not send highly sensitive or confidential information by text message. We may ask you to send documents by email or another secure method instead.

Using this website, submitting our contact form, or contacting us by phone, email, text message or WeChat does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A lawyer-client relationship begins only after we have confirmed that we can act for you and you have agreed to retain us. Until then, please do not send us confidential information about your matter.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current, or that the website will always be available or error-free.
